Worthy Runners is free to join.  Simply come along to one of our sessions and see what we are about.  However if you do decide to join us regularly we ask you to complete an online membership form.

If you run parkrun, don’t forget to register Worthy Runners as your running club!

• On your results email from parkrun click on manage my profile.
• Click on update.
• Select Worthy Runners from the drop down menu under Running Club.
